به یاد سرکار خانم دکتر نسرین امیری فرد
پزشک متعهد، متخصص پرتودرمانی و آنکولوژی، دانشیار دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه و بنیانگذار نخستین مرکز تخصصی رادیوتراپی در غرب ایران. ایشان در ۱۴ اسفند ۱۳۴۳ در کرمانشاه متولد شدند و پس از اخذ دکترای پزشکی از دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران و تخصص پرتودرمانی از دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان، عمر خود را وقف درمان بیماران و خدمت به انسان‌ها نمودند. وی در تاریخ ۵ اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۴ جهان را بدرود گفت.
دکتر نسرین امیری فرد، مدیر گروه و مسئول بخش رادیوتراپی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه، عضو هیئت علمی و دانشیار این دانشگاه، دارای رتبه اول بورد تخصصی انکولوژی در سال ۱۳۷۵، عضو انجمن انکولوژی و رادیوتراپی ایران، عضو هیئت رئیسه و هیئت امنای مجمع خیرین سلامت و شورای عالی بیماران خاص و لاعلاج بودند. ایشان همچنین ارائه‌کننده خدمات درمانی تخصصی به سراسر ایران و کشورهای همجوار همچون عراق بودند.
ایشان یکی از پزشکانِ مجرب و ماهر در رشته‌ی تخصصی‌شان بودند که با استفاده از پیشرفته‌ترین روش‌های پرتودرمانی جایگاهی ویژه و قابل احترام در بین بیماران و جامعه پزشکی کسب کردند.
دکتر نسرین امیری فرد به مهرورزی، حمایت از بچه‌های بی‌سرپرست و حیوانات بی‌سرپرست مشهور بودند.
ایشان فرزند مرحوم خداداد امیری و مرحومه عشرت پاک‌نژاد، همسر دکتر منصور چوبساز، مادر دکتر پارسیا چوبساز و خانم مهندس پارمیدا چوبساز، خواهر نازنین خانم شیرین امیری و آقای چنگیز امیری و مرحومان آقایان پرویز، خسرو، سیروس و یزدان بودند.
نام و یاد ایشان به عنوان الگویی از مهربانی، تخصص و انسانیت همیشه جاودان خواهد ماند.

In loving memory of Dr. Nasrin Amiri Fard
A dedicated physician, radiation oncologist, Associate Professor at Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences, and founder of the first specialized radiotherapy center in Western Iran. Born on March 5, 1965, in Kermanshah, Dr. Amiri Fard earned her medical degree from Iran University of Medical Sciences and specialized in Radiation Oncology at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. She devoted her life to healing and serving humanity until her passing on April 25, 2025.
Dr. Nasrin Amiri Fard served as Head of the Radiotherapy Department at Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences, was a respected faculty member and Associate Professor, ranked first on the Oncology Specialty Board in 1996, and was a prominent member of the Iranian Oncology and Radiotherapy Association. She was an influential member of the Board of Directors and Trustees for the Health Charity Association and the Supreme Council for Patients with Special and Incurable Diseases. She provided specialized medical services throughout Iran and neighboring countries, including Iraq, utilizing state-of-the-art radiotherapy techniques.
Renowned for her compassion, Dr. Amiri Fard was a passionate advocate for orphaned children and homeless animals, earning widespread respect among patients and the medical community.
She was the daughter of the late Khodadad Amiri and the late Eshrat Paknejad, the devoted wife of Dr. Mansour Choubsaz, loving mother to Dr. Parsia Choubsaz and Parmida Choubsaz, dear sister to Shirin Amiri and Changiz Amiri, as well as her late brothers Parviz, Khosro, Sirous, and Yazdan.
Her enduring legacy as a symbol of kindness, expertise, and humanitarianism will remain alive in the hearts and memories of all who knew her.
